Comments:  Enable (the practice management system) and Fusion (the Benchmark platform) have an integration with Zendesk, primarily for support/customer case management. Enable has the ability to store recordings of online meetings/screen shares/telephone conversations/URLs against a client file or activity (e.g. a client review), which provides a full audit trail and allows their in-house compliance team to access these as required for file reviews etc. They don’t charge firms extra for data storage. 

The company have chosen not to integrate with any one virtual meeting provider to date.

Skype (personal)/Skype for Business/Teams: WealthCraft already comes with an easy “click to dial integration” with Skype (personal) allowing you to simply click on the phone number/Skype id and it will call the user. WealthCraft will also load the phone call activity screen ready for you to include the note at the end of the call.

External Integrations: Both WealthCraft and Teams also come with integrations with Zoom and RingCentral (voice recorded phone calls) to satisfy different needs/solutions where required.

Tools to use during those meetings 

One Note: WealthCraft also includes an integration with One Note. One Note is collaborative sharing tool in regards to:

• Collaborative input meeting notes
• File sharing/voice recording
• Whiteboard functionality

Digital Fact-Find/Risk Profiler and Client Portal: During the meeting you may wish to open up the digital engagement tools to help keep information up to date, and talk through concepts/positions:

• Review client information
• Review attitude to risk
• Discuss portfolio and consider if any action needs to be taken

All of which can be sent to the client to digitally signed and update the system.

Teams integration with WealthCraft: Teams new integration with Dynamics offers the same functionality as above but all in one team. This will allows a central area to manage:

• Chat
• Files
• Meeting notes
• Access to client portal

 All within the team. You can create a “team” for each client and provide access to them as a guest to collaborate and communicate between meetings too.

 Praemium Cobrowsing: We have also just released a co-browsing feature which allows our support team to view the user’s screen to help with any form of training and support. Not quite for the investor and client but for us and our clients (the advisers and their staff!)

Comments: Curo is built on Microsoft Dynamics so ideally placed for integration with Microsoft Teams however at this time no direct integration has been built. That does not mean Curo users cannot use MS Teams for virtual meetings but for the time being they will need to add any files and other documents to the client record manually. Automated integration is planned for the first half of 2020 and when live should enable storage of details of any Microsoft Teams meeting content directly against the client record.
